Andou is pretty much everyone's favorite, she's got cute tanned mediterranean skin, those beautiful eyes that give her this kind of jaded look (which is her main "quirk"), and a somewhat original haircut.
Marie is the leader of the three. She's got a really pretty and original haircut, and she's always eating cakes (which is her main quirk)
And what about Oshida? Well, she doesn't really have an original appearance, and she's got no quirk. This is pretty sad, don't you think? I unironically believe this is a real mistake they made, you can't just create a group of three with one leader, and have one of the two "underlings" be so cool and original and the other one be so bland. It's unfair to Oshida. All authors must treat their characters with love and respect, and I'm not sure this is how Oshida was treated. She deserves better.
