No you have to guide it with prompts. I've noticed the less you tell it to adhere to the prompts the more detailed and painting like the end result becomes, assuming you have a high sample count.
If you turn both down to a very low number everything becomes a bit more simplified but in the end it mostly depends on what you put in the prompts. Here I just put in "by junji ito" for instance and it mixes that in with everything else which is why it doesn't all actually look like his art style. You can make it favor that artstyle by adding prompts which link back to that particular artists work though from what I've experienced.
