On the lower end of this you find complacent, but humble industrious people. On the middle, earnest people, some complacent, and some ambitious. The ones that reach deeper into the ambitious plane tend to be "nicer" with a jagged knife behind their backs. The higher ups, give you smiles and stab you the moment you look away.
