A challenge was made and laid out for Cupid's Chokehold, and now for the first time ever, former WWA Hardcore Champion will take on former Dojo girl, former special ops agent, and former BLITZKRIEG member Kanako Leichenburg, one-on-one! Miss Maverick comes into this match with a somewhat lackadaisical attitude, having made it known that she is more interested in enjoying a cheeseburger than preparing for this match, coming off of a victory in which she and Fury, the Army of Two, prevailed in a chaotic hardcore Tornado Tag Team Match against Ava Mortis and the Jersey Devil. Kanako Leichenburg, for her part, has yet to find singles victory here in the Waifu Wrestling Alliance, and after coming off a brutal and painful defeat in the Warehouse Warfare Match against Cactus Jane she is eager to rectify that. The Warrior of LOVE and JUSTICE, as Kanako calls herself, claims to have big plans upcoming, which include a vague and secretive "business proposition" for Miss Maverick. Will Miss Maverick's lackadaisical approach to this match cost her and ease Kanako's path to her first victory, or will her chaotic athleticism carry the day? Can the somewhat mysterious and inscrutable Kanako Leichenburg pick up her first singles win in the Waifu Wrestling Alliance against a tough if overconfident competitor who has held WWA championship gold?
