I am far from being a Chad, totally average and normal in every way, and girls get completely obsessed with me. I am barely 5'10", kinda skinny fat, stereotypical reddit beta nerd looks, make less than 6 figures, live in a tiny house, drive a piece of shit 20 year old car, 5" dong, etc.
The only way that I stand out in a good way is by having extremely high social status in my local community because I am extroverted and go out and meet people all the time and everyone knows me and and likes hanging out with me.
I can walk into any party or bar or anywhere else and pretty much everyone there will know me and greet me by name and with a handshake or fistbump or hug. Someone will hand me a drink without me having to ask for it. Everyone will start to cluster around me laughing and having a good time. Girls WILL see it and WILL want to become part of it. And then from there it's just a matter of not fucking it up.
Any of you faggots can achieve the same thing. It has nothing to do with your physical appearance. All you have to do is make a concentrated effort to be socially outgoing and likeable and then try to meet and be liked by as many people as possible.
