So the jerb i applied for earlier today requires a background check. That's fine I don't have anything of interest in there and I've done one before some years ago for current job. This new one asked for a vulnerable sector search as well. I thought what the fuck is that I have no idea. I went to have a look. Ohhhhh, the police check the list of pardoned sex offenders (who wouldn't have a record on the standard check) to clear you on this specific category. That seems pretty rough on pardoned sex offenders. Like if you got a pardon you probably didn't even do whatever it was so what the fuck.
Anyway. I am not a pardoned sex offender either. So we're all good.
