>>18166919Laborious a bit, I sweat sometimes but I am having fun most of the time so it passes by. Once the part is running you can do whatever, some dudes watch movies on their phones all day because the parts can run up to 30 hours, so they sit and hang out for days on end. I yank their chain sometimes but I am also guilty of it, last week the part runtime was a week, so I just read all day, literally did nothing for two days but press the big green button, kicked my legs up on the table and tried to read finnegans wake for the 3rd time. Its a different story each time dude.. some parts are kinda quick, I have a screw machine, it can take a whole day or two to get it running but then its just a matter of feeding it metal bars nom nom nom. The two fadals I have are always making these bell cranks and I have these two employees who are brothers, they have to load the parts innout all day, but they dont mind its easy for them and im pretty sure they have down syndrome. Safety is the most important thing for us unironically. Also
