less than half his pics were porn so it was clearly not a "dump" under any sane definition of the word, but since dump is up to janny's interpretation, anything can be a "dump"
last year I got banned a lot of times for posting one single pic, this year I haven't been banned yet and I thought things got better but I guess it depends on who's babysitting us
then again, maybe he was banned for a different reason on a different board, when you get banned it's entirely up to the mod to delete only the offending post or all your posts on every board
