I just wanted to watch Lotr without lector, after that i just continued to watch movies with subs, and that combined with english games. it just sort of did it's thing. In middle school I basically stopped caring about actively learning english, and so i almost always got a failing grade when it came to vocabulary exams(since they consisted of mundane words, instead of political stuff heh).
It's kinda funny because in high school i almost ended up with D grade at the end, because of said vocabulary exams(I got A from all other exams tho heh). But here comes my teacher who literally forced me to do a quick speaking vocabulary exam just to lift me to C. Kinda funny.
