Literally none of them looked anything like they described. I remember one guy who I met on a Weiss Kreuz (it's an old ass anime) forum. He was into Nadesico and Love Hina and all the same anime as me. He made himself out to be a Billy Badass, always telling me stories about how "tough guy'd" some poor dude who crossed him wrong and all this shit.
So, I looked up my long lost friends, he had an unusual name that was easy to remember.
Dude looked like the stereotypical anime nerd and was nothing like he described: Greasy, wore glasses, acne, and weighed probably 400 pounds.
