60hz monitors are fine, don't get me wrong, but more is always better
haven't seen any crazy fast screens (250+) in person so idk where diminishing returns start but 120-165 is definitely worth it

Like, dumbass, you're never going to get 120 on any game that isn't two gens ago, so just accept that 60 is well within playable and maybe focus on not consooming.that's true, if my pc can hold 60 fps at 1080p and respectable graphics settings then it's still good to go, no need to replace anything
