That said, if you're 27 honestly anything over 18 is fair game. Women hit maturity faster than men but they don't really emotionally mature past their teens anyways, so don't be beholden to any stupid standards on age; most of that is imposed by spoiled milk feminists that want to shame men into being attracted to younger women in their biological prime. If you're looking to fuck anything is fair game, but if you're looking for a relationship just keep in mind what I said before in case it does work out -- you will probably die 20+ years before your partner.
