I'm probably taking at least a 3 to 4 month vacation when I get fired for not accepting the injection. It's been 15 years with the same company, and I've received promotion upon promotion... moved to several different states uprooting my life because there was a need elsewhere and the timing was right. I'm recognized among my peers as being the best at what I do, and I am the best in my field. I'm looking forward to it so much that I've honestly slacked off the last few months, basically going to work and sitting in my office doing my own thing... bare minimum (still above and beyond average). It's kinda like the feeling you get when you put in a two week notice that you're leaving for another company, a "short timer" they call it.
I told HR 6+ months ago that this was coming soon for our whole company. She told me that she was "almost 100% certain that there would be no mandate" and I laughed in her face. She's young and doesn't really know much about the world. God I miss that. It's been a good run, but I honestly would love a few months off. I have worked since I was 14 years old, steady part time through college and then full-time non-stop since. No vacations longer than a single week, no disciplinary problems because I show up... I like what I do.
It's incredible to me that it has come to this. God I wanted so much to be wrong about it all, but I prepared slowly throughout the years. This feels like it boys, unless local governments stand up to this shit with a straight ban on mandatory vaccinations. We all know how it is though, they've sucked so much corporate "private sector" dick for their entire existence that they'll allow these corporations to get away with murder (...and Pfizer is, literally). Stock up on popcorn boys, the show is reaching a climax.
