Obviously black athletes excel in certain sports over whites and vice versa. I won't shit on a hard working and talented white, long distance runner either.
There are non-direct physical attributes each group could bring to their service. It's possible the Asian dudes are more disciplined and less likely to be drunk when called upon. But the white guys may be more courageous, more likely enter a dangerous situation to save someone.
There is no objectively superior race. Different situations select for different attributes. I'd say on the whole the white guys are likely a better group for firefighting but does that mean these Chinese dudes should import white guys to fight their fires? No, and that's okay.
