Who is the complete regard who thought this failed solution up? Look going back and rehashing every failed "solution" that didn't solve any dam thing isn't the way to run a company. It's a way to get people killed and the world blown up but it's not how you run a business. You all have been being told for 14 years the actual solution to the problem, you make an account and register a Bitcoin address that has at least 50$ in it and verify it through an encrypted check of the address generation. You don't have to spend the 50$ but you will need to have it. The point of registering the address is so they can cross-check to prevent "double accounts" and other botnet garbage.
