when people talk shit about dilating the earholes to fit thicker earrings you can bet your money they would never try weed because it "fries your brain"; just how they wouldn't believe earholes smaller than half an inch (well over a crntimeter) of width can easily heal in just couple days (as evident from experience) and that you're stupid if you go with it
