300g sweet potato
180g dry pearl barley
2 organic chicken and 2 organic beef stock cubes (the nice ones not the shitty powdery ones)
300g chestnut mushrooms
Big spoonful of yeast extract
190ml red wine
300g onion
tons of garlic, I don't measure but it's way too much for most people
I think that's it. Brown the meat a little then chuck everything in and stick it in the oven for 2 or 4 hours depending on oven power. Lasts me 4/5 days and all I have to do is throw it in a pan to reheat.
