It's both very simple and somewhat difficult to lose weight.
I've lost 20lbs in 2 months.
Every day I do 15.5 miles on an exercise bike at a high resistance. I do two 48hr fasts throughout the week. When I do eat I eat 1 chicken breast, 3 hard-boiled eggs, and about 2 cups of roasted broccoli or cauliflower. I drink black coffee and green tea throughout the day, as well as salt water when I sweat a lot during cardio. I relax a bit on one day and will eat one meal which is relatively normal but still contains a limited amount of carbs.
Sometimes I get headaches towards the end of my 48hr fasts and I will eat a few almonds or dried fruit. If I'm feeling low energy before cardio I will eat an apple.
This is all extremely unpleasant to do, but I'm proud of the willpower it takes to do it. It's difficult to maintain discipline and truly master your body, but it's also a very simple process. It takes practice, and it took a few weeks to build myself up to this point. It really helps to have vengeance in your heart as well, as I'm determined to make my ex girlfriend regret leaving me for the rest of her stupid fucking life.
But it's entirely doable.
