It's not going to recommend them to non-JP speakers unless they watch them on their own, and there probably aren't as many JP companies looking to advertize on YT either, so having the audience won't make them as much money on that end. It does start to assume you're JP if you watch them enough, though. I like to watch them on Xbone because the streams can crash my computer, and it will occasionally serve me ads in JP

Hospital beds are pretty comfy because they usually have built-in recliners, but the whole environment makes it kind of uncomfy. And the smell... it's supposed to be clean of course, but it's too overpowering. Makes me sick
