But you can say you can‘t work because muh mental illness. Then after a while they will send you over to Invalidenversicherung if you still got a doctor‘s note that you can‘t do work.
But you can also just not do anything. They can cut down the amount of money they gib as punishment if you don‘t do anything but they can‘t give you nothing.
