To me it looks like they just kept him pinned down for the sake of it. The problem is that the footage doesn't show the whole thing, so who knows what the full story really is.
Both sides are insane, whether they're far-left or far-right. They both want similar things, when it comes to their ideals at least. Censoring and persecuting those they disagree with, both seeing the other as the main cause of all that is wrong with today's world. Kind of like the Christians and the Muslims during the Middle Ages. Both fought in the name of God in order to exterminate the unbelievers.
