It'd be quite concerning to witness a blond and pale Greek Macedonian, as a matter of fact, as it'd most certainly be the result of recent Slavic admixture. You are a Slavic people of a Slavic language and a Slavic culture, specifically Bulgarian, and any relation that you may have had to the ancient kingdom of Macedon is lost through the ages. I do not deny that there may be some ancient Macedonian admixture among you, but that by itself is not reason enough to justify Macedonian nationhood, much like how an American who is 3% Cherokee is not justified in claiming Cherokee nationhood. A slavic culture, a Slavic language and a Slavic people, then, with dubious Macedonian admixture lost throughout the centuries, mongrelized by the Slavs to the point of dissolution.
