that was easy, it got a nice crust, cooked better than in my nonstick and i didn't have any issues with sticking or anything like that, the fond deglazed easily and the sauce came out perfectly. i mean it looks a bit like cum but the taste was good. i'll just use more beef stock and less butter and cream next time.
