it's not beef stock cube, it's beef dry flavour with chilli that I added sesame oil, onion oil, zoy sauce, spoonful of honey (to combag the salt from zoy) and since it's kinda acidic I don't have to add lemon juice which often makes it too sour for my taste
parsley is just garnish as I was out of spring onions
