This crisis should make you think about something else instead, if land becomes cheap from all the dead boomers how should we capitalize on it?
You have nowhere to go except for here, but what if we bought up a bunch of land and assigned the most able person to lead a town. There's a lot of low-population towns with very old populations that will die from corona. We can buy up land there using /pol/ for donations and take seats in the local government by voting each other in. There aren't a lot of countries that welcome /pol/ attitudes but it doesn't matter if we own the whole town. Using this town as a base of operations we can start small expeditionary forces and buy up other places. The more competent /pol/anons will be in command creating a source of income and infrastructure while the less competent will follow a chain of command and be put to use helping the community, whether it's gruntwork, daycare so the rest can work and earn money, /pol/ education classes for children. There are a lot of benefits to having a unified group of people focusing on one goal. Multi-family homes are only slightly more expensive than single family, buying up a few of these could house a lot of us really fast.
