There's no internet, way too much snow, and you're risking your life of getting hit head on by a drunk Finn every time you get on one of the two-lane highways. Very small parts of the land are arable, most of it is dense forest full of biting flies. It's good for maybe 2 months of the year (July, August), and there's so many Boomers bringing their RVs up there during those 2 months that you can't even enjoy it.
