Anything that stores information is having a subjective experience about it. Most things are conscious. You can't prove it, sure, but you also can't prove anything other than your self has a subjective experience. Normies don't even think other animals are conscious the way they go about eating them, and they just accept other human beings are conscious because they're too dumb to have ever thought about it. They need to fit into social norms because they just need to, the same way other social creatures adhere to group behaviours except humans have a slightly higher bandwidth.
