He is not a killer in a sense that he killed people but rather that he made people kill themselves.
He did that by sneaking into his victim's homes and leaving feces in unlikely places at first, later in plain sight. Even when the victims slept, he used to sneak in and smear shit under their noses making them look like they had a brown mustache. This would go on for months until the victims went mad and took their own lives.
