>won't the type of people who play those games know who he is?maybe. i think even among japanese people who play fighting games fatal fury isn't super popular which is why it's weird. as far as i can tell the game isn't super obscure, it's just not something that anyone who didn't happen upon it in an arcade or is specifically very interested in that genre would even recognize
