If you really care you should personally involve yourself, but the fact of the matter is the people who grow the baby trees to then give to the charity organizations can't do it for free, they gotta eat. Donating is a low-effort way to help any given cause, but ultimately, it is important. If funds aren't raised no shit gets done.
