as for apologetics, Mystical Theology of the Eastern Church by Lossky (if you're looking for something academic) and The Orthodox Church by Meyendorff (as an overview) are great books; I've heard good things about Orthodox Dogmatic Theology by Fr Pomazansky but I've yet to read it, it seems like a good catechetical book. I also read the Fathers, with St Maximus the Confessor and St John of Damascus as personal favorites (at least at the moment; I've barely scratched the surface of the immense Patristic corpus). I also listen to people like David Erhan and Jay Dyer.
