North LA and parts of the Florida Parishes (the "toe of the boot", if you will) would likely be more than happy to be a part of Dixie. However, it is unlikely that Acadiana and the New Orleans area would be as willing, especially given the latter's recent controversies involving Confederate statues and the former's unique Cajun heritage and identity. If movements like Cascadia and Texan Independence are factored in here, then I think partitioning Louisiana, as pic related, would be appropriate. The areas in purple would the the Republic of Acadiana.
