and that too, its not only about the dude on the spotlight
kinds of people like that who have nothing else to turn to really like coping by deluding themselves into thinking they "belong" to these internet brainrot congregations (cough, imageboards, cough)
so having a torrent of chat messages of people acting the exact same, the streamer reinforcing the idea by reminding them theyre part of the "club" everytime they subscribe/donate, they actually end up believing this is some special thing theyre a part of lol
a lot of npcs (ya i dislike saying [the_word] but come on what else do you call them) lack any real version of that in their life, so, obviously they would hold onto it and follow everything the leader does. i guess you can call it hypnotism at that point
i mightve kind of missed your point with that ramble lol but i guess its okay
and yea their presence or absence makes absolutely zero difference
>twitch zombie phenomenonoh ya its just bunching those people up on that one behaviour rather than defining all of them individually as that
but honestly, if someone classifies as a twitch zombie then thats probably all you need to know about them lol. if they fit that one description, 90% of the time (giving it the benefit of doubt) its just going to be a very shallow person
its like knowing that they really like using tiktok and whatnot
how much do you expect out of that person, really
>outside of the streamits just one of the many strains of "npc", i guess. theres different forms of that so they cant all be generalized into one description i suppose but twitch zombies definitely fit one type of it
but they tend to carry their shit outside of it too unfortunately, you can tell when you see one and imo theyre worse than your average retard lol
i mean how many have u seen typing in twitch emotes in games
god i need those people dead so bad
charlim
