Blue collar boomer here, I've never understood the fascination my demographic has with professional sports. Ever since I was a kid in elementary school the obsession with sportsball has baffled me, memorizing stats, scores, rules, and players? GTFO of here seriously, what a stupid waste of money to spend on merch, tickets, cable packages, and collectibles. I absolutely LOVE how fucked sports are right now, I hope the whole industry collapses. If professional sports dies you will see college tuition drop since not nearly as much money will be funneled into the sports (football/basketball) programs. Fuck millionaires acting like babies like we give a shit what their beliefs are.
