they just throw in a bunch of their own opinions together without proof and then pretend others see it the same way simply because they're good at making "allies" with other females or feminine men due to their constant need for socialization
that's why you have to start pushing back on their bullshit as early and as fast as possible
disrupt their image as "always working", "infailable" and disrupt their socialization and allyship building
If you don't then you'll create a power vacuum which they'll use to consolidate their bullshit within your culture and once this happened it will be much harder to push back
they're like parasites in the workplace in a sense
