Do you have a vacuum sealer for storing meat? They aren't common over here, but I bought one because I like to buy in bulk then freeze it in portions.
Please tell me about the things you like to pickle and preserve, do you use a dehydrator for jerky? Someone on britpol gave a recipe for pickled eggs. I might try it.
