>>14884505I am Cuban and you're right. We had one of the highest concentrations of European populations in the Americas before 1960. My first girlfriend was a Cuban girl who's surname was Poussin, another girl I dated was half Czech or Yugoslavian and Spanish. My brother use to be best friends with a Russian language teacher from havana so we even had Slavs and Anglos. You can find a little of everything in Cuba, but one thing we had in common was we were all very, very miserable. Communism and the misery it causes transcends all races.
