as an example i used to follow mikeymegamega because his female characters were just amazing
I drew my first good anime character by copying him but his teachings were "well the body goes like this, then you want the neck to go down like this"
all these "like this" basically taught me nothing as i still have no clear idea on how to make the body and neck, i suppose there is a more exact science to this but i dont feel like reading up on that
