I’m a little surprised by this thread. Perhaps I have the genetics for it, but I started pic rel a little over a week ago and went from 208 > 199 and 35” waist back to 32”. I literally ran a mile every day November 1-15, went to Mexico and drank for a week, came back and went to the gym only 4 times to hit my upper body max of whatever I can do 30 reps of.
Stop being a pussy, stop drinking beer, eat salad and black beans and drink water and just fucking lift hard and run a mile on alternate days.
