I've already called the police.
They said they can't do anything about a threat to my person, especially if there's no evidence (cameras have no audio), but the officer said a TPO might have a 50/50 shot of working.
I would like advice on filling a TPO so that her brother is not allowed to be in the building as well as advice on any and all legal action I can take against this individual.
