What would you all recommend for a trade to learn?
My wife and I are moving to TN Ina few months to be as selfsustainable as possible and slowly move completely off grid, I'm not sure what direction to go in with work/career, I am currently a cook at a hospital and absolutely love cooking just not the slop we make for patients.
I know a trade is invaluable and aways recommended here, just not sure what would be the best route.
