It's always been the way when someone's both highly competent and engaged with the business at hand, they find themselves deluged with extra demands. I'm not sure if work-life balance is truly possible anymore. I'd like to think perhaps it is, but we need societal buy-in, and we've never been further away. For now, I admire your ability to make it this far, and I hope you can hang in a bit longer, and get a reprieve.
