Fasting is the best way to lose weight but your skin won't play along and you'll end up with excessive skin that is far slower to shrink back compared to slow weight loss. A shame really because after a few days all food cravings stop and it's smooth sailing, provided you drink A LOT (like 2x-3x) and take your vitamins.
