The south cant secede, they need money from the rich states to function.
Should the south secede, we would be pretty ok honestly. But soon enough they would go bankrupt. And a lot of ours big corrupt politians come from these states actually. Rio Grande do Sul dont even make enough to pay themselves, let alone invest in upgrades.
