>>18905481Amy was stunned, where had all this passion come from? For the first time in a long time the romanticised version of Sola Fire that existed solely in Amy's mind had aligned with the living and breathing Sola Fire that stood in front of her. She wanted to hug the blonde and congratulate her on finally finding herself except there was one problem, her pride had been bruised. Why would Sola say such a thing about Amy's jacket? Did she know she never got one? Did she know how much not getting one while everyone else did had bothered her?
As Sola attempted to walk past Amy slammed a hand on the wall, her rigid arm blocking Sola's exit path. She was hurt, the words that came out of Sola's mouth had cut deep and demanded an immediate response. Amy looked back through their infrequent interactions for anything she could use, there were obvious things, cruel things, things she could say but didn't want to.
Their eyes were locked onto each other like two predators sizing each other up, only one thing caused Sola to look away, it was just for a split second but Amy caught it, she followed Sola's glance behind her, back towards the door she'd entered through and there she saw her, Carmody Jefferson, through the glass. The pieces fit or at least they seemed to, but there was only one way to find out.
>"Oh Sola, I had no idea you were just like me."Amy turned back to Sola, looking up at the blonde with a wry smile.
>"Those Jefferson girls are really something though, aren't they?"The redhead lowered her arm but stayed rooted on the spot.
>"Who made the first move? Was it you? I bet it was. Did you feel the electricity, the tingle in the back of your neck when she touched you? I could tell something had changed, you've got this glow about you. Are you doing this for her I wonder? What did she promise you if you become the Dojo Ace?"Amy stepped to the side and ran a finger horizontally along Sola's abdomen.
>"Did she promise to make you feel good?"
