they require close to 0 upkeep for natural bio eggs and tender meat (stree free life).
plant some veggies in the sides (free red peppers,chilis...)
yesterday I made a chawarma using only the ingredients I raised,tasted very good and was very filling.
When it comes to meat my advise is buy like 1 acre outside the city (20 min drive at maximum) very cheap, build a barn (very cheap too) and put in it some cows/calfs and sheeps. Hire some fuck from around the area to come herd them in and out and feed them then on the weekends you can go and check on them yourself (don't forget to bring a vet now and then,they are essential)
