there is nothing to proof that that cult figure has any relation to venus. its just called the venus of willendorf because thats where they found it you brainlet. we know very little of stone age religion beyond archeological remnants. its tempting to make conjectures based on apparent similarities to later cults (like this one and cernnunos) but the truth is we have no clue what the relations between these gods are. we dont even know exactly what the willendorf venus is about. is it a god? an ancestral figure? if a god, is it a fertility idol? an earth mother? or something completely foreign to our modern interpretations? were talking a fucking caveman religion dude, not the venus of iron age rome. its possible elements of older religions made their way into iron age cults, this especially seems the case with germanic paganism and shamanism, but we have no certain way to trace such lineages
