IMO they're very sketchy and aren't to be trusted, but not for reasons you might think.
Read a lot of similar abductee cases which suggest the same thing as well. They're often seen assisting greys, reptilians and mantids, which immediately suggests the esoteric "good guy/ancient ancestor" theories are pure bullshit. Rather there's more evidence than not which suggests they're just disguises or psychic/telepathic illusions. In other words, I'm 98% certain the Nordics/Pleiadians aren't a real alien race at this point.
Meanwhile, the supposed ones I also gave me the strong impression that they were just illusions that other alien speciesused, either to hide their true forms (which would freak out the average person,) or to maintain control of an abductee situation and nothing more. I even remember directly asking one why she was continuing to put up such a disguise when I could already sense what she truly was, and her tone and aura immediately gave off a feeling of slight dread and guilt; like she knew she was spotted or caught out. After a few moments of silence, she then went onto say that she must maintain this image for those (other abductees) who who weren't as aware, or those who wouldn't be able to psychologically handle their true forms or the situation at hand.
Very eerie stuff.
