Just fuck my life up. I was on an a good weight lifting plus intermittent fasting routine for two months. Went from 191 to 162 in that time. But then I got fucking tendinitis in my wrist and haven't been able to do any weightlifting and my weightless has stalled to a halt. I can only do cardio now and haven been to the gym in a month (I can run outside while it's still warm). I don't know what the fuck to do, I've been icing and heating my wrist along with keeping it in a splint but It won't heal and I can't afford to get a surgery for it. I lost all of my newbie gains.
