I've been a DM for 20 years in Pathfinder 1e. It's not easy but it's fun creating something so vast and compelling that players will enjoy for years.
I've been told many times I'm the best DM they've had and I try to live up to it by putting my best foot forward for my players and helping new players get their footing without feeling stupid or overwhelmed.
